Kids had a great time and loved Nick club, they didn't want to miss any of their activities. I recommend not signing up for the Prestige membership unless you plan to go to Cancun every year with no high expectations. We have requested a membership cancellation, but customer service is not engaging in the discussion. The worst part was that we had paid for an airport shuttle as part of the package when we landed, the shuttle company was nowhere to be found, and you won't be able to reach anyone at the resort to help you, extremely frustrated when you land in a foreign country with kids. Both Nickelodeon and Azule resort's beaches were dirty and filled with sea wheat, not possible to go into the water. We convinced two other families to come with us and booked adjoining rooms, what we got was each of the families had two rooms next to each other, and one of them only had one baby, no need for a second room whatsoever.

When we compared prices with Presitige to Costco Travel, I would rather use Costco Travel. We booked our second trip to Azule Resort also in Cancun this past April, while the resort was okay, the room, price, and other services made the membership appealing and fell short. During the stay, we were consistently "Bumpped" into a staff who eventually led us to Prestige Membership for the resort, Long story short: we were sold and bought the membership expecting a higher level of services. We booked a stay at Nickelodeon Hotel in April 2022 for spring break, the resort was practically new, and we enjoyed our stay and many good food options.
